Lion Electric Co. is in a growth mode.  As a manufacturer of electric buses and trucks,  we are currently looking for a Fixed Operations Manager & Team Lead who will be responsible for overall Service Operations (service, parts, warranty, customer experience and satisfaction) of our Experience Centre in Sacramento as well as supporting operations in our other locations in California. As a Fixed Operations Manager & Team Lead, you will develop and supervise the team and implement structured processes to ensure Lion’s customers receive the best service while respecting their needs and expectations.

As a General Manager, you will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Develop staffing plan to support the company’s growth;
  • Develop and maintain a first-class customer experience;
  • Develop and manage short and long-term plan to achieve the organization objectives;
  • Communicate with the different Lion North American teams to optimize internal processes;
  • Provide weekly activity reports to HQ management;
  • Oversee the hiring and training of all California operations team;
  • Support and help resolve customer complaints that department managers are unable to rectify;
  • Manage and support the development of Lion’s Experience Centers facilities to support the company growth.

You will need the following qualifications and skills:

  • 10 + years of relevant experience in a dealership or operations management;
  • Advanced understanding of Service and Parts Departments operations;
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills;
  • Responsible and accountable for P&L statements;
  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers & employees;
  • Ability to adapt in an entrepreneurial environment including the skills and mindset to support the company’s fast growth;
  • Customer centric mindset;
  • Creative, innovative and ability to think outside the box.
