Under the supervision of the Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for training and supporting customers during the delivery of their vehicles.

More specifically:

  • Carry out deliveries of vehicles.
  • Train customers (drivers, operators, mechanical teams) to facilitate the integration of Lion vehicles into their vehicle fleet.
  • Provide training on the various services offered by Lion.
  • Survey and collect customer reviews and comments to improve the customer experience.

You have what it takes?

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position or in the automotive industry.
  • Must have a valid passport and driver's license (you would travel frequently).
  • Knowledge of vehicle mechanics (asset)
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • You can communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • You can work with discretion.
  • You are autonomous.
  • You pay attention to details.
  • You are organized.
