Reporting to the COO, the Project Manager will work with multidisciplinary teams to oversee completion of industrialization and ramp-up projects on scope, on time and on budget. They will manage various industrialization projects, as well as increase the company's production capacity.

As part of your daily work, you would have to:

  • Establish project scope and track implementation,
  • Plan and prioritize the work to meet each project's deliverables,
  • Monitor the work of external partners and suppliers,
  • Build and track project timelines,
  • Set up and track project budgets,
  • Analyze and manage risks,
  • Write project status reports,
  • Get departments involved in completing projects,
  • Help implement the company's project management processes and standards,
  • Work in a context of continuous improvement.

What you need to succeed in this position:

Knowledge

  • Bilingualism (English and French),
  • MS Office Suite,
  • Microsoft Project,
  • Project management,
  • Product development process and the manufacturing environment,
  • Heavy vehicles an asset.

Studies and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field,
  • PMP certification an asset,
  • 8 to 10 years of relevant project management experience,
  • Experience in a similar position an asset.
