As part of your daily work, you would have to:

  • Ensure complete telemetry management for LION and its clients.
  • Maintain client data up to date in the CRM and manage progress of client records through the acquisition process.
  • Contribute to the creation of sales projections and annual budgets.
  • Provide clients with a complete layout of their telemetry needs to facilitate and optimize their operations.
  • Remain available for any additional training or required refreshers to provide best-in-class customer experience.
  • Draft activity reports about vehicle use and driver behaviours.
  • Answer to questions, concerns and requests from clients through phone calls, emails and other departments.
  • Master general design and operation of electric vehicles.
  • Control the operation of telemetry.
  • Carry out demonstrations of telemetry services to prospective clients.
  • Create and maintain good business relationships with clients.

You have what it takes for this position if:

  • Knowledge of mechanics (asset).
  • Knowledge of commercial transport (asset).
  • Exemplary proficiency in interpersonal communication and in written communication, and excellent presentation skills to articulate complex information and action plans at all levels.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in an ever-changing environment.
  • Ability to manage many different tasks/projects at the same time and to resolve complex issues.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
  • Experience in report analysis.
  • Good learning abilities for technical matters.
  • Proven capacity to be self-reliant and to use sound judgement.
  • Thorough understanding of customer service.
