Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will support the Commercial Development team with their respective activities, logistics, and events.


As part of your daily work, you would have to:

  • Support department employees with administrative and operational needs,
  • Support the team and is responsible for the efficient operation of the department,
  • Assist with organizing logistics for efficient meetings and events,
  • Assists with meeting preparation, follow-up, travel arrangements, calendar management, and expense reports,
  • Update and manage the CRM and other data base,
  • Initiate and track projects, as needed,
  • Draft formal correspondence and edits presentations,
  • Coordinate all follow-up activities with department employees,
  • Create and design presentations, when applicable,
  • Support department with research, follow up with communications,
  • Organize meetings, both virtual and in-person, including catering, IT needs, or site coordination,
  • Travel and participate in events across the country as needed,
  • Execute any other related tasks.

What you need to succeed in this position:

Knowledge

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Dynamics 365 or other CRM,
  • English – First language. Second language is a plus.

Studies and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred,
  • 3-5 years experience in similar level position (such as administrative coordinator, executive assistant, or administrative assistant),
  • Event and meeting planning.
