Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Business Development Coordinator will support the Commercial Development team with their respective activities and logistics. The coordinator will mainly focus on the following tasks and assist with organizing logistics.


As part of your daily work, you would have to:

  • Develop and maintain the company’s customer relationship management tool,
  • Assist with organizing logistics for efficient meetings and events,
  • Participate, when required, in webinars, panels, demonstrations,
  • Research the EV market to help identify stakeholders and other target associations, organizations, and decision makers,
  • Update and manage various contact lists in the CRM and other databases,
  • Draft, organize and update reports on a regular basis,
  • Coordinate all follow-up on activities with both Lion employees and external contacts, 
  • Create and design presentations for Business Development team, when applicable,
  • Support the Commercial Development team with research, follow ups, and external communications,
  • Create content and post for on Social Media Platforms on Slack, Twitter, IG, LinkedIn,
  • Work with other departments to facilitate organization of meetings and gather information required for meetings, presentations, webinars, or in-person events,
  • Execute any other related tasks.

What you need to succeed in this position:

Education and experience

  • Currently has a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field,
  • 2-5 years of experience.

  • English – First Language,
  • Spanish – Second Language is a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Dynamics 365 (CRM) or an equivalent,
  • Social Media Platforms: Slack, Twitter, IG, LinkedIn.
