As part of your daily work, you would have to:

• Create and develop trusting relations with the hiring managers and support them in the growth of their teams.
• Lead the visibility strategy: post and update job opportunities on the best platforms and search for the talents throughout various medias.
• Conduct the full selection cycle: receive, sort, evaluate applications and conduct interviews with the hiring Managers.
• Follow up with candidates, the compensation & benefits team, prepare employment offers and coordinate negociations.
• Represent the company at recruitment events.
• Participate in other HR and Talent Acquisition projects.
• All other related tasks.

• You are a strong team player;

• You completed graduate studies in Human Resources Management;
