Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Industrial Engineering Manager will be responsible for multidisciplinary teams in industrial engineering. They will manage project advancement and new platform development.

As part of your daily work, you would have to:

• Establish their department's priorities (Industrial Engineering, Tooling, Operational Excellence).
• Assess production capacity.
• Help develop new products.
• Participate in the continuous improvement cycle of new and existing products.
• Manage, organize and coordinate production's continuous improvement process.
• Develop and promote occupational health and safety strategies.

What you need to succeed in this position:

Knowledge

• Must be bilingual (French and English)
• ERP system expert
• MS Office Suite expert
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering
• 15 years experience in manufacturing
• 10 years of management experience
