Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Production Manager – Bus Line will be responsible for ensuring the bus line's smooth operation with their teams, as well as optimizing them.


As part of your daily work, you would have to:

  • Oversee strategic management of production and resource planning based on production needs.
  • Maintain professional, effective communication with senior management.
  • Build and implement tools and processes for continuous operations improvement and optimization.
  • Coach, train and motivate the supervisors team to achieve the company's objectives.
  • Support the team's professional development by providing the necessary support and tools.
  • Manage production and manufacturing schedules.
  • Manage production budgets according to profitability objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies to meet quality standards.
  • Promote and maintain health and safety in the workplace and a risk-free work environment.
  • Carry out tasks according to the company's vision, policies and code of ethics.
  • Lead the performance management process using KPIs.
  • Maintain quality relationships with internal partners.
  • Manage and track the department's budget, while optimizing costs.
  • Apply and comply with safety rules at all times.
  • Apply and comply with company policies and quality systems.
