In the context of growth and continuous improvement, your primary responsibilities are to: achieve business objectives, eliminate losses and defects in production, develop autonomous teams and promote a strong sense of product ownership and operational processes.


As part of your daily work, you would have to:

  • Manage your team's health and safety while respecting the procedures in place.
  • Ensure that products are always produced to the quantity requested and in compliance with quality standards.
  • Provide strong leadership every day to achieve results while improving current practices and processes.
  • Oversee strategic management of production and resource planning based on production needs.
  • Coach their team, solve problems and take appropriate corrective and preventive actions quickly.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders or partners to achieve planned objectives and improve results.

What you need to succeed in this position:

  • College diploma in operations management or relevant experience
  • 3 to 5 years in a similar position in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Solid communicator, written and oral
  • Inspiring coach
  • Find solutions and implement them
  • Good team manager

Exposure to open shop environment of humidity, heat, cold, and wet conditions. Exposed to all highway hazards during road testing of vehicles or deliveries.
Work environment requires the continuous operation of hand and power tools and the full range of shop equipment. Repetitive operation of mechanical or electronic office or shop machines or tools within high tolerances or limits of accuracy.
Requires medium to heavy work that involves walking or standing most of the time.
