Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Team Lead organizes and coordinates their team's work to achieve expected results.


As part of your daily work, you would have to:

  • Ensure that the production rate is respected.
  • Supervise the quality of the department's products.
  • Respect safety and quality regulations.
  • Manage work methods compliance.
  • Analyze incidents/accidents/non-conformities and propose action plans.
  • Maintain a healthy and respectful work environment.
  • Help train new employees on the production line.
  • Help recover the delays and errors that occur in the department.
  • Manage the continuous improvement process.
  • Analyze the status of the line, irregularities and unusual situations.
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment.
  • Give employees direction.
  • Work on the production line if absolutely necessary.
  • Apply and comply with safety rules at all times.
  • Apply and comply with company policies and quality systems.

  • Experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment

Exposure to open shop environment of humidity, heat, cold, and wet conditions. Exposed to all highway hazards during road testing of vehicles or deliveries.
Work environment requires the continuous operation of hand and power tools and the full range of shop equipment. Repetitive operation of mechanical or electronic office or shop machines or tools within high tolerances or limits of accuracy.
Requires medium to heavy work that involves walking or standing most of the time.
