Under the responsibility of the Manager - Master Data, the change management coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and analyzing, with the teams in place such as Industrial Engineering and Planning, as well as with the Master Data teams, and so incorporate BOM (Bill of Material) changes from Engineering groups into the ERP database.


As part of your daily work, you would have to:

  • Coordinate, analyze and execute change requests and investigate when required,
  • Communicate with the teams on site as well as those in Quebec,
  • Update the database,
  • Manage requests and their status,
  • Communicate changes,
  • Execute all other related tasks.

What you need to succeed in this position:

Knowledge

  • MS Office Suite,
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel,
  • Knowledge of an integrated management system (ERP / ERP) an asset,
  • Bilingualism (French and English) an asset.

  • Ability to communicate effectively,
  • Ability to prioritize,
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Aptitudes and Approaches

  • To show initiative,
  • Demonstrate an analytical and synthetic spirit,
  • Be autonomous and responsible,

Studies and Experience

  • College diploma and/or relevant experience,
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing sector, an asset.
