Do you enjoy putting the customer at the centre of everything you do, building long-term relationships and helping customers meet their objectives?  How about staying on top of CRM and email marketing best practices? As one of the strongest modes of customer outreach, you leverage email to cultivate new and returning customers and keep the Lion Electric brand top of mind.  You are meticulous about details to ensure communications are relevant to each customer segment.  Above all, you work collaboratively across the team, designing and executing relationship marketing campaigns within the context of the overall marketing and cross-channel strategy.

As a Relationship Marketing Specialist you will…

  • Develop customer segmentation and campaigns for each stage of the customer journey
  • Collaborate with Sales to maintain a clean database and execute customer-centric campaigns
  • Implement CRM best practices, improve email deliverability and data integrity
  • Provide recommendations for new and existing campaigns including triggered campaigns, and automated journeys
  • Measure results and optimise lead nurturing workflows and email performance

What you’ll need to succeed:

The right candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or business. Other qualifications are:

  • 1+ years of digital marketing experience including CRM and email-marketing
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM and email platforms (eg HubSpot, Mailchimp), Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an asset
  • Analytical aptitude with a focus on making data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of B2B sales an asset
  • Extremely detailed oriented and organized, able to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines
