The Relationship Marketing Project Manager is an integral member of our team, who gathers market intelligence and stays in tune with evolving customer trends to inform marketing, sales and product development strategies.  You collaborate with sales and service to ensure a smooth customer experience across their entire journey.

As a Relationship Marketing Project Manager you will :

  • Create a consolidated view of the market:  customer trends, competitive landscape and emerging opportunities
  • Leverage internal and external sources to identify customer segments and targeting opportunities to support sales and marketing strategies
  • Deliver valuable, relevant, compelling, and visually intuitive insights to internal and external partners
  • Analyze customer behaviour, marketing funnel, campaign and content performance
  • Design and implement programs to help customers through every stage of their journey with Lion.

What you’ll need to succeed…

  • Curiosity. You love data, testing & learning, and figuring out what makes customers tick.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.  This is a new industry with much to be discovered and built.  Leaning on historical data doesn’t apply.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with multiple teams (Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Data/Technology).
  • Proficiency in data storytelling, pulling insights out of data, and visually organizing data to readily answer business problems

Bonus points…

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
  • Business, Marketing, and/or B2B experience
