As part of your daily work, you would have to:

• Collaborate with 3PL warehouses for strong operational performance and quality customer service.
• Work with stakeholders to balance site capabilities with business needs.
• Manage short- and long-term site traffic and capacity planning.
• Guide the site performance management processes.
• Manage and own site budgets, and participate in cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with site policy (product control loss, stock quality and trimming, organic certifications, site inspections, financial audits, import/export requirements, etc.).
• Execute all other related tasks.

What you need to succeed in this position:

Knowledge

• MS Office Suite expert (ex. Word, Excel)
• An integrated management system (ERP) an asset
• Knowledge of 3PL

Studies and Experience

• College Degree in procurement / logistics / engineering / production management or equivalent field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in 3PL management
