As part of your daily work, you would have to:

• Output standard reports for month-end.
• Participate in the month-end and year-end process.
• Perform account reconciliations, in particular for inventory, cost of sales, and fixed asset account.
• Build year-end files (scan documents).
• Perform monthly analyses of selected general ledger accounts.
• Help the Controller and the VP Finance query information in ERP.
• Work with IT to find better ways to use the system.
• Be the contact person for all IT matters.
• Enter month-end accounts payable invoices (as needed).
• All other related tasks.

What you need to succeed in this position:

Knowledge

• Knowledge of Syteline or Sage management software an asset
• MS Office Suite

Studies and Experience

• College degree in accounting or finance
• 5 years' experience in a similar position
• Experience in the manufacturing field
