As part of your daily work, you would have to:
Help implement Lean Manufacturing Principles.
Be an assistant to the Engineering team.
Set up work methods and production processes.
Draft and update assembly instructions.
Conduct standard time studies and analysis as required.
Promote and maintain health and safety in the workplace and a risk-free environment.
Participate in continuous improvement projects to improve the organization's productivity, efficiency and profitability.
Identify tooling and jigs needs and help design them.

What you need to succeed in this position:
Knowledge
0-2 Years of Engineering experience or relevant college degree
AutoCAD skills a plus
Familiarity with common PLC hardware a plus
Strong communication abilities
