Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Coordinator will support the US Sales team with their respective activities and logistics.

Main Responsibilities

  • Review purchases orders to ensure they are accurate before final submission
  • Coordinate with CRM team ensure product features, options, and pricing are update and accurate
  • Call-on and pre-qualify leads
  • Coordinate all US Truck lead events;
  • Support sales team by ensure all inter-office operations are efficient;
  • Assists Sales Managers with quotes, as required
  • Create and design presentations, when applicable;
  • Ensure Sales Managers have the latest technical updates;
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure information is up to date.
  • Any other related tasks needed by Sales Directors.



  • Proficient in word, excel, PowerPoint, CRM;
  • Spanish – desired but not required.

Scholar and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred;
  • 3-5 years experience in similar level position
  • Sales process involvement a benefit but not required;
  • Experience in automotive industry, a benefit.
