As part of your daily work,  you would have to:

  • Assist with administrative duties as needed
  • Assists as needed with deliveries in assigned states, including preparing delivery paperwork and in-state DMV visits for registration
  • Assist in ordering/procuring, setting up and maintaining experience centers
  • Maintain vendor logs
  • Watch over and assist with vendor payments
  • Facilitate DMV licensing and permit needs
  • Facilitate US Dealership Licenses
  • Prepare and oversee yearly tax reports (including, but not limited to, annual personal property taxes)
  • Schedule and manage meetings, conferences, workshops, and special events as needed
  • All other related tasks
     

You have what it takes?

  • High school diploma
  • 1-2 years relevant work experience
  • Comfortable working autonomously and in an independent work environment
  • Comfortable with hybrid work model, alternating working remote and working in-office
