Reporting to the ERP Department Manager, the ERP Administrator will support users and system development, including maintenance, administration and modifications. Tasks will be delegated by the ERP Implementation Manager, who will focus on deploying new functionalities (Phase 2 and beyond).

As part of your daily work, you would have to:

  • Create and maintain users and permissions, provide technical support, maintain the SQL database (log, index, drop temp tables, etc.).
  • Use the Infor ticketing platform to resolve issues with Infor tech support.
  • Analyze, diagnose and solve problems based on information that users and the manager provide, respecting company rules and standards.
  • Route and/or escalate requests as needed.
  • Help integrate and implement technical solutions.
  • Participate with the Information Technology (IT) Manager on IT projects. 
  • Help develop ERP: add/modify fields or functionalities in the ERP IDE, SSRS/SSDT reports, SQL (SSMS), Excel and others.

What you need to succeed in this position:

Education and Experience

  • College diploma in computer science (computer technical support)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position

Skills and abilities

  • Learns and adapts quickly

Computer knowledge

  • SQL or VB/C# experience (.NET an asset)
  • Experience with ERP software (Infor CSI/SyteLine an asset)
  • Good knowledge of Windows 7, 8, 10 and Mac operating systems (an asset)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite office tools
  • Good knowledge of computer and printer hardware support
  • Experience with access point and wireless technology
