Reporting to the Information Technology (IT) Manager, the ERP Administrator will support ERP users and system development, including maintenance, administration and modifications. Tasks will be delegated by the ERP Implementation Manager, who will focus on deploying new functionalities (Phase 2 and beyond).

As part of your daily work, you would have to:

  • Administer the ERP system: create and maintain users and permissions, provide technical support, maintain the SQL database (log, index, drop temp tables, etc.).
  • Use the ticketing platform to resolve issues with IT tech support.
  • Analyze, diagnose and solve problems using information that users and the manager provide, respecting company standards.
  • Route and/or escalate requests as needed.
  • Help integrate and implement technical solutions.
  • Help develop ERP: add/modify fields or functionalities in the ERP IDE, SSRS/SSDT reports, SQL (SSMS), Excel and others.
  • Work on information technology projects with the IT director. 
  • Help integrate and implement the ERP project for Phase 2 and later.

What you need to succeed in this position:


  • Bilingualism mandatory (French and English)
  • Knowledge of Windows servers
  • Knowledge of Windows 7, 8, 10 and Mac operating systems (an asset)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite office tools

Studies and Experience

  • College diploma in network management
  • Minimum 1 year in a similar job
  • SQL and/or VB/C# experience (.NET an asset)
  • Experience with ERP software (Infor CSI/SyteLine an asset)
  • Experience with MS ACCESS databases (an asset)
