As part of your daily work, you would have to:

  • Set up and implement the Aftermarket procurement strategy. 
  • Negotiate various agreements with suppliers to ensure high-quality Aftermarket service. 
  • Develop a planning system for replacement parts on the company’s various sites and ensure its execution by the relevant teams.
  • Carry out transactions and manage purchase orders.
  • Participate in the management of stock levels, inventory age and obsolete/discontinued products.
  • Project and adjust for procurement issues.
  • Analyse sales projections to anticipate demand.
  • Ensure the procurement software is up to date.
  • Perform other related tasks.

What you need to succeed in this position:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector
  • Bachelor of Business Administration or any other relevant sector
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of an integrated management system (PGI/ERP)
