The Ecosystem specialist team is committed to developing and maintaining lifelong positive relationships with Lion Electric customers. We strive to provide the highest level of service and support to our customers every day. As part of the Commercial Operations division within Lion, we are the glue that brings all the other divisions together to create a successful project and a satisfied customer.

We are a small, agile group. We are looking for applicants committed to external customer service while also excited to work on improving our group's internal operations and Lion at large. This will be a highly-visible position touching almost all departments at Lion.

 

As part of your daily work, you would have to:

  • You will manage the customer journey from the award of sale through to delivery of the product. You will serve as the customer's single key point of contact and serve as the customer advocate for that client to all internal Lion teams ;
  • Working in collaboration with the sale’s representative ;
  • Acting as a resource person between departments (Sales, Lion energy, Lionbeat, Grants, Customer success and Lion Capital Solutions) ;
  • Maintain consistent and transparent communication with the customer throughout the process ;
  • Utilize and improve upon established project management systems to deliver high-quality customer service while meeting revenue ;
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction ;
  • Build deep and trusting relationships with Lion customers: identify customer pain points and opportunities for service growth and revenue generation.

What you need to succeed in this position:

Knowledge

  • Bilingualism (French and English) an asset ;
  • Passionate about electric vehicles and sustainability ;
  • You are a proactive person ;
  • You are a self-starter who is always looking for ways to improve current processes ;
  • You are excited about the dynamic nature of this role, and you are comfortable with ambiguity ;
  • You have a customer-focused attitude with a high level of professionalism and a drive to exceed customer expectations.

Studies and Experience

  • College diploma and/or relevant experience ;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, an asset.
