In collaboration with the Warehouse Supervisor, the Parts Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of the department's internal staff. He must provide administrative and technical support to the parts clerk. In addition, the incumbent must coordinate all day-to-day activities.

In your daily life, you will have to:

  • Ensure the proper management of the internal personnel of the parts department
  • Follow up on transfer orders, and purchase orders from different Experience Centers
  • Assist, as much as possible, other parts staff in the helping of customers;
  • Coordinate the parts to be shipped out and received into the Distribution Center.
  • Follow up on non-required or defective parts with purchases;
  • Ensure good communication between the receiving/shipping department, the parts department and the transport logistics department;
  • Other related tasks.

What you need to be successful in this position:

Knowledge

  • Basic knowledge of the MS Office suite.
  • Mastery of an ERP system. (Will be trained)
  • Mastery of SmartSheet. (Will be trained)

  • Ability to establish an order of priorities;
  • Ability to motivate a work team to achieve objectives;
  • Ability to maintain good relationships with various internal suppliers.

Training and experience required

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position or in the retail field.
