Lion Electric is currently looking for a Product Specialist for a full-time job at our Service Centre in Sacramento. Reporting to the Commercial operations, the Product Specialist will work directly with the customer for vehicle deliveries, courtesy visit and training with regards to the different products.

As a Product Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the customer’s Lion experience in the most positive way. Answer questions and enthusiastically educate all customers about going electric.
  • Carry out vehicle delivery following the standards determined by Lion
  • Provide high quality service to existing Lion owner.
  • Support customers with their new product. Answer questions, concerns and requests from customers received by phone, email and others.
  • Provide training to new customers on the operating, safety and maintenance principles of different Lion vehicles.
  • Collect customer data using calls and courtesy visits.
  • Employee must learn about the company and products related knowledge, keep up with industry trends and best practices.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history and proficient driving skills.
  • Be required to travel across the State on a weekly basis.
